Position: Call Center Executive
\nResponsibilities:
\nCustomer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
\nProblem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
\nProduct Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Elite Job products\/services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
\nDocumentation: Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure all information is accurately documented.
\nRequired Skills:
\nCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
\nCustomer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
\nProblem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
\nTeam Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
\nAdaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
\nQualifications:
\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
\nExperience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
