Position: Customer Support Representative – Remote

\nRequired Skills:
\nCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate information clearly and professionally.
\nEmpathy: Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
\nTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable using remote communication tools, navigating computer systems, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

\nQualifications:
