Position: Female Telecaller (Hindi \/ English \/ Tamil) – Work from Home
\nAbout the Role:
\nAre you an excellent communicator fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil? Scalesforth is seeking a dedicated and motivated Female Telecaller to join our remote team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients, promoting our products\/services, and contributing to the overall success of our business.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\nConduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in a professional and engaging manner.
\nUnderstand client needs and promote products\/services accordingly.
\nProvide information about our company, products, and services.
\nKeep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
\nMeet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
\nRequired Skills:
\nProficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil languages.
\nExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
\nPrevious experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
\nAbility to work independently and remotely.
\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.
\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
