\nContinuously update knowledge base to address evolving customer needs.

Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
\nProvide regular updates on resolution progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
\nRequirements:
\nSKILLS:
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nStrong problem-solving abilities.
\nCustomer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
\nQUALIFICATIONS:
\nPrevious experience in customer support or a related role preferred.
