Position: Non-Voice Support Executive (Tamil)
\nLocation: Nagercoil
\nJob Responsibilities:
\nProvide exceptional non-voice support to Amazon customers in the Tamil language, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
\nUtilize a range of communication channels, including email and chat, to assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
\nStay updated on product and service information to provide accurate and reliable assistance to customers.
\nAdhere to Amazon service level agreements and quality standards in customer interactions.
\nRequired Skills:
\nProficiency in Tamil and English, both written and verbal.
\nStrong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
\nPrevious experience in a non-voice customer support role is advantageous.
\nAbility to navigate through multiple systems and platforms to access and retrieve customer information.
\nProblem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.
\nFlexibility to work in rotational shifts.
