Position: Customer Experience Intern (Coimbatore, Work from Home)

\nCollaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless interactions with our clients and candidates.
\nAssist in managing customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
\nContribute to the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
\nAnalyze customer data and provide insights to improve service quality.
\nRequired Skills:
