\nLeadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists effectively.
\nTechnical Proficiency: Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
\nEducation: A Master degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
