\nMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
\nRequired Skills
\nProficiency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
\nPrevious experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a strong customer-centric mindset.
\nAbility to work independently in a remote setting, ensuring productivity and meeting performance metrics.
\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with tact and diplomacy.
\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools.
\nAdaptability to evolving processes and a fast-paced work environment.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\nBachelor degree in business or equivalent work experience.
\nExperience in Accounts is a plus.
\nCertification in customer service or related field.
