Position: Construction Manager\/Heavy Machine Operator
\nResponsibilities:
\nOversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
\nOperate heavy machinery efficiently and safely, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
\nCoordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
\nConduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize project delays.
\nCollaborate with the engineering team to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
\nMaintain and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
\nRequired Skills:
\nProven experience as a Construction Manager and Heavy Machine Operator in the construction industry.
\nProficient operation of various heavy machinery and equipment.
\nStrong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
