About the job

The job is liable for persistently working, observing, keeping up with and assessing the Votator, blower and chillers working in shift with pressing group. Intently care for cold room activities for steady quality.

Expected set of responsibilities:

Oversees at least one machines that cool fluid margarine, or shortening, and manipulate hardened material preliminary to bundling: Starts plying unit of machine.

Opens valve to concede fluid material to cooling unit that hardens it and to move solids to massaging unit that confers smooth surface

Notices checks and changes controls to keep determined temperature and tension of material in cooling and plying units

Goes valves to manage stream of handled material into tanks of bundling machine.

Liable for routine support of the machine (Fillers, Sealers and so on.)

Knowledgeable in working with alkali and compressed vessels

Knowledgeable with the essential wellbeing and sanitation standards and principles

Information on cleaning lines and gear, utilizing compressed steam and nitrogen gas

Capacity to deal with the group of 6-8 individuals in shift

Filling of the vital/obligatory shift reports and logbooks
